Get your Snow Moon Meditation guide and join us for a special event celebrating the February Snow Moon

A moment of clarity, release, and conscious recalibration

The full moon has long been honored as a time of illumination. A moment when what has been quietly forming beneath the surface rises into awareness. When emotional truth becomes clearer. When we are gently invited to pause, reflect, and release what no longer feels aligned.

The February Snow Moon carries a particularly grounding and revealing energy. It highlights inner wisdom, emotional honesty, and the quiet strength that comes from acknowledging what is ready to shift. Not through force. Through awareness.

Using the Full Moon as a Mindfulness Tool

Get the guide: Snow Moon Meditation guide (click for direct download, no sign up required) offers reflection and journal prompts on which to meditate, created as a sacred companion for this lunar moment. Ancient women observed the full moon as a time of stillness, possibility, reflection, ending one cycle and beginning another.

Today, we can use the full moon as a mindfulness tool, a beautiful, natural, consistent reminder to release old energy and embrace new. It is an invitation to take inventory of what feels heavy, what is asking for your attention, and what you are ready to soften, resolve, or set down. Reconnect with what feels steady, nourishing, and true, and allow clarity to arrive in its own time.
